THE PROCESS

BOOKING + CONFIRMATION

NO HOLDS | DEPOSIT REQUIRED

Clients will receive a separate invoice for the deposit after a booking request is received. A deposit is required to confirm the appointment and preferred schedule. No holds. The client will automatically receive the next open date and time if payment is received and the slot is unavailable.

DEPOSITS + PAYMENTS

SCHEDULED BY FIRST PAID CLIENT

Shoot Your Shot requires 100% payment in full. All other packages (excluding Brand Story Development) require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due on or before shoot day. Brand Story Development requires a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due within 30 days of the signed contract.

ADDITIONAL TIME + SERVICES

Clients may request more time for their session, stylist, makeup, hair, and video onset services for an additional hourly rate—requests or changes not made during your consultation or at least three (3) days before your appointment are impossible to approve.

CLIENT PREPARATION

All clients will receive a pre-planning consultation to ensure we capture your vision before the shoot. You will receive final directions on what to bring, how to dress, and arrival time based on your selected package. We ask all clients to be freshly washed/clean and dressed comfortably with no perfumes, heavy oils, or lotions.

LOCATIONS + CONSIDERATIONS

Appointments will be in an indoor studio or outdoor location in Los Angeles based on your package selection. Special considerations are available to current clients based on project needs and pipeline development. Please get in touch with Chelaé directly if you need package planning assistance. New clients may request special considerations during their consultation.
